App Specific Dictation Prompts

Sometimes you want to use specific AI prompts for specific usecases and apps. To help with that you can setup App Specific Prompts in the dictation feature.

Some example use-cases are:

• Always translate your dictation into Spanish when you use a specific chat app that you use with Spanish people
• When working in your favorite code editor, automatically generate code with your preferred language and expertise setup
• When typing emails for work, always make sure your dictated text is spelled correctly or reads professionally.

Setting up App Specific Prompts

In Settings, go to the Dictation tab and select App Specific Prompts

There you will you will be able to add apps that you always want to use a specific prompt for. Make sure the app you're trying to add is actively running for it to appear under the + button.

After you've added the app(s) you want to add, you can choose any prompt from your dictation prompt list.
